Irrfan Khan gave up the ghost today at a hospital in Mumbai, where he was admitted for colon infection. The 53-year-old actor had been battling cancer since 2018 and his official spokesperson had confirmed on Tuesday that he was under doctor’s observation. Irrfan is survived by his wife Sutapa and sons – Babil and Ayan. Filmmaker Shoojit Sircar penned a condolence note remembering the actor.
He is one among the best actors in Bollywood referred to as incredible acting and also a national award-winning actor, Irrfan Khan's last film was 'Angrezi Medium' which was released a couple of days before the nation-wide lockdown was announced. The film's business was impacted thanks to the lockdown and it had been eventually released on an OTT.
