Gender Discrimination in the Society.
Everyone is busy in their life some add offices, home, factories & some add colleges and faculty. Students study in universities, they meet girls and boys, teachers, principals, friends but I'm sure each of them either would be male or female then what are we missing.Let me articulate this thing -A landmark judgment was given by SC (Supreme Court) in 2014 NALSA vs Union of India.
Which declared transgender people to be granted under the constitution of India are going to be equally applicable to transgender people. Many of Article show by quoting "DREAMS COME TRUE". I think that it's landmark judgement but participation in society now's are often assured by only judgment.
Is it true? that they're going to not fear or confessing themselves as a 3rd gender? Is it true that they're going to not be differentiated by society? Yes, I think that beauty holds within the beholder's eye but are they also the gorgeous creation by God as a citizenry .
They are intrinsical as we are, they dream too, to realize self-esteem and revered jobs in so-called religious & gender discriminated society.
Did you see them as a classmate, in any organisation (public or private)?, with the bulk, the solution is not any judgement of the Supreme Court is honourable but this is often not enough to form them as a participant in society as socially & politically.
Why should we not give them a chance to point out themselves as productive and efficient for growth of a rustic and to point out their talent during a different field and that they too have quality and intellect as we've why, as an entire we are making them unproductive they ought to be a part of in developing economy?
Through participation and awareness, encouragement to participate in society freely is that the solution and value of judgement are that the big challenge for govt to try to so but not impossible.
